Course Description

In this two-part follow-up training, you will discover a safe and effective method for processing traumatic memories, building on the core awareness fundamentals from Constructed Awareness® Level 1. This interactive training integrates advanced techniques and concepts to help therapists guide clients through trauma processing.

 In this training, you will:

  • Apply a step-by-step trauma processing approach grounded in memory reconsolidation research.

  • Identify how early life experiences fuel present symptoms, and learn to uncover these memories using the Attachment Bridge technique.

  • Practice how and when to focus awareness on thoughts, sensations, and external cues to guide clients through reconstructing developmental and single-event traumas.

  • Predict client responses to trauma processing based on their orientation style.

  • Explain strategies to help clients process traumatic experiences independently outside of sessions.

Interactive Training Format

This training is a live webinar conducted via Zoom, offering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Over four days (spanning two weekends), participants engage in:

  • Informative lectures.

  • Live and recorded demonstrations.

  • Hands-on practicums.

  • Collaborative group discussions.

Participants also receive:

  • A 52-page handbook.

  • 7 additional handouts and scripts.

  • 14 demonstration videos.

This comprehensive resource package equips therapists with practical tools to apply immediately in their clinical practice.
