Description

This month’s session will explore the application of Constructed Awareness with couples. The conversation will examine how differences in awareness and orientation can shape communication, conflict, and connection, and how therapists can use the principles of CA to better understand relational dynamics and support couples in session.

The CA Lunch & Learn meets on the first Friday every other month at 12:00 PM EST. Each session focuses on a different topic related to CA and offers an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with other therapists who are exploring the model.
